The Enrollment Coordinator role will support the operational efficiency and excellence of the CareCloud Enrollment Services group with a focus on improving timeliness, quality and cost of client service delivery. The Coordinator will provide support and analysis for all Enrollment services. The Enrollment Coordinator will provide support for client implementations, EDI/ERA optimization and other tasks as required.

Primary Objective:

To coordinate and execute internal and external processes and assisting in new client-onboarding. 

 

 

Requirements

 General Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate provider enrollments for various EDI transactions
  • Manage multiple client implementation enrollments simultaneously
  • Provide direct client support for all enrollment related tasks pre and post client “Go-Live”
  • Manage the processing of all enrollment related documentation required during enrollment phase
  • Effectively communicate with clients, payers, clearing houses and business partners
  • Provide analysis, reporting and relevant communications during client implementation
  • Proactively identify client accounts for further enrollment optimization
  • Facilitate task coordination between Miami enrollment team and our BPO partners

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project
  • Practice management and revenue cycle management is preferred
  • Prior provider (physician) enrollment or credentialing experience

 

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
